This development consists of 10 No. office blocks ranging from 3-4 storeys in height with a total floor area of approximately 35,300m2. The development also includes a basement car park to cater for 180 car parking spaces and a 2-level podium car park to cater for circa 430 car parking spaces. The site for the development is approximately 7.2hA in size. Phase 1 of the works consist of 4 No. office blocks with a total floor area of 15,800m2, over a 4,900m2 basement car park, a podium landscaped garden over the basement and all associated siteworks. All four office blocks are clad in natural stone and glazed curtain walling. Blocks B1 and D1 are three storeys over basement, with the podium landscaped garden running between them. The larger blocks, A1 and A2 feature distinctive curved facades which overlook the N7 Naas Road and the main entrance to Citywest Business Campus.
