Dundrum Town Centre opened its doors in March 2005, and with a retail area of 85,000m2 (900,000 ft2) this award winning centre is Ireland’s largest enclosed retail space. The phase 1 superstructure development area of over 278,000m2 (3 Million ft2) includes 163,000m2 (1.75 Million ft2) of car parking and service yards and 140,000m2 (1.5 Million ft2) of lettable floor area. Underground car parks provide 3,500 car parking spaces over 8 levels resulting in one of the largest underground car parks in Europe.
