Dundrum Town Centre opened its doors in March 2005, and with a retail area of 85,000m² (900,000 ft²) this award winning centre is Ireland’s largest enclosed retail space. The phase 1 superstructure development area of over 278,000m² (3 Million ft²) includes 163,000m² (1.75 Million ft²) of car parking and service yards and 140,000m² (1.5 Million ft²) of lettable floor area. Underground car parks provide 3,500 car parking spaces over 8 levels resulting in one of the largest underground car parks in Europe.
