Castleknock Hotel & Country Club, Castleknock, Dublin 15

This 4-star hotel is situated just outside Castleknock Village in Co. Dublin and is set in its own 18-hole golf course and housing development on a 150-acre site. A total of 144 guest rooms are provided together with a range of conference and banqueting facilities which cater for up to 600 people.

Leisure facilities include indoor swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam rooms and golf course. The hotel construction contract was negotiated with a main contractor and the design team worked closely with the contractor to select various cost-effective design solutions to meet the very demanding construction programme.

• Golf course water features utilised as attenuation for hotel complex
